“My father wanted to downsize as his four bedroom, two and one half bath home was just getting too much for him to handle in his golden years. While we had hoped to keep the house in the family, it just didn’t work out. Dad happen to receive one of Vince’s cards in the mail and suggested calling him. I had to say I was super hesitant as we had already spoken to several of the post-card “we will give you a great price” type folks and we’re not impressed at all!! Dad called anyway, expecting the same type of low ball fast movin, high pressure contacts we had previously spoken to.
